Saray Photography

Photography Services Agreement

Location:

Saray Photography is a business located in Tampa Bay:

7904 W Hiawatha St, Tampa, FL 33615

Duration and Delivery:

• Saray Photography agrees to provide photography services in-studio or outdoors (outdoor sessions available for an extra charge please contact the photographer), with a delivery timeframe of up to 3 weeks (15 business days) after the session.
• Session duration will be 30 to 50 minutes, depending on the package selected by the client.
• Photos will be delivered in digital format.

Fees and Payment:

• In the event of cancellation by the client, all payments made are non-refundable. Payments may only be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled to a new date.
• Each client is allowed to reschedule the session up to 2 times.
•  If Saray Photography cancels the session due to reasons beyond the client’s control, the full deposit will be refunded.

Copyright and Usage:

• Saray Photography retains copyright for all images produced.
• The client receives personal, non-commercial usage rights for the photographs.
• The client may not authorize, edit, transfer, or permit the use of the photographs by another photographer or third party without the prior written consent of the photographer.

 

Liability:

• Client delays will reduce session time without adjustment to price or rescheduling.
• Saray Photography is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, deleted images, defective equipment, or circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or location restrictions.
• Saray Photography is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by the client.
• In case of technical failure or image loss, Saray Photography’s liability is limited solely to refund of fees paid, not the value of the event or other associated expenses.
• The client is responsible for informing Saray Photography of any restrictions or special requests in advance.
• Any changes to the date or time must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Modifications:

• Any modifications to this agreement must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.

Indemnification:

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Saray Photography from any claims, demands, expenses, or legal liability arising directly or indirectly from improper use of the photographs.

Acceptance:

• Both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this agreement and agree to fully comply.
  

Social Media Authorization

I hereby grant permission to the photographer to use photographs from this session on social media, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok platforms and other promotional materials.
